Very clean and tidy with refurbished rooms. Great location at the heart of Aberdeen and their prices were really good. Nice staff and tasty food available.
Great hotel, handy for the obvious Union Street shopping bars and eateries. Welcoming staff and quick check in. The rooms are very clean and airy. Plenty of towels and toiletries if needed.Eat all you can breakfasts (pay when you book) are superb.Wifi strength is good, but it would be better if you could have the 24 hours over the length of your stay instead of just one 24 hr period. I mean who stays in their room for 24hours solid.
Reasonable price. Sleeps 4 easily.Good breakfast just don't try potato scone, hard and inedible.
Enjoy star for a night. Staff put my insulin in theirs fridge for me until morning. Brill. Visit next time.
Good value for money. The room was spotless and staff were friendly and very helpful better than last place which was 50 more. Well done
