Had a bit of a dilemma .and have never encountered such rude uncaring people as the two that were working reception tonight .daughter in law locked out room by drunken partner and they would not help at all left a 21 year old girl to sit in a lobby .after demanding 100 for a room for 9 hours ..original room booked was 77 ..refused to open door let her in as wasn't her name on booking was his. ..total let down of human beings
Had 2 lovely nights here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room layout and a great choice at breakfast.
Excellent room and breakfast but pet friendly adds 50 which you don't see when booking through snother vendor. Other than that great.
Perfect stay for New Years Eve, location is great, close to everything. We especially enjoyed the extended breakfast until 1pm for January 1st! Rooms are very nice and comfortable although not very sound proof, can hear neighbors TV loud at night.
Nice comfortable hotel central for everything in Aberdeen. Rooms spacious with a small kitchen including a microwave and fridge..if you don't want to go out to eat. Large bathroom with walk in shower.
