Great hotel, if a little dated. Staff are great and pay particular attention to hilton honors members. Ideal for the beach access for those who enjoy running or evening/morning walks. Well priced.
Stayed here on New Year's Eve, in the Queen Room. View over the beach and fairground lit up at night. Nice big windows to look out of.This hotel is Dog friendly. There was a few Dogs staying, they were well behaved.Lovely, helpful staff. Buffet breakfast included a glass of Champagne on New Year's morning. Breakfast had everything you could wish for, including Cheeses and Oatcakes, and chocolate truffles.Housekeepers leave nice little notes in the rooms. A lovely place to spend Christmas/New Year.
Came here for the first time for a conference. Really nice staff happy to help when you got a little lost! Food was really nice unsure if it's their normal standard or what's made for co references but very tasty and good selection. Really nice decor throughout would like to stay as a break next time!
Such a beautiful hotel the location is great. 15 min walk from the city centre. And the staff are so so friendly. You get a hot cookies when you check in which is really lovely.
Always a friendly welcome. Staff are lovely , no matter which part of the hotel you find yourself in. Even the housekeeping staff leave little notes next to your bed to welcome you. Highly recommend as close to the beach and within easy distance of shopping, restaurants and bars.
