Great location in the city. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful.

This hotel is just good but not excellent. Reception was excellent. Hospitality is good. This hotel is notable to give it's full due to lack of sufficient staff. Cleanliness is good. House keeping is good. Bad thing is there was no intercom telephone. Every time I was going all the way down to reception for things. How ever reception was active and always ready to help. My sign out time was 12pm but I was late by 1hr. But it was not matter in this hotel. I thank you for good hospitality. I also expect betterment in coming days. Regarding location. Of hotel, it is perfect location everything is at walkable distance. (You can save money. )Marine museum is just in front of it.
Stayed here for the night. The staff were helpful at the desk but i was woken at 2am from people having a party in the hallway and someone chapping on my door looking for their friends room. These people weren't staying there so how they got in without being challenged i don't know. Ruined my sleep. Wouldn't recommend but was cheap enough for a 1 night stay over.
