Nice atmosphere, great staff but the food is pretty poor.
Absolute shambles!!!!! Went here couple of weeks ago for friend's birthday. Service lousy - waited circa 75-90 minutes between courses. Food was dreadful and tiny portions; 4 out of our 6 orders were incorrect. Appeared to be only one chef in the kitchen. Place was very busy and I heard many other tables of customers complain. Never again.

Dreadful. Went there for works Christmas meal. Its was about an hour between courses. More importantly, about an hour between drinks. Was told the bar was really busy, but it wasn't, as I ended up going there myself and paying for my own drink. They had only 1 poor girl serving 20 of us.They don't sell pints, only schooners, of beer. Pretentious nonsense. Really a way of charging more for less under the guise of being fashionable.Another point, mentioned by a colleague, was that the bar were prioritising people ordering from tables using the app, over people standing at the bar. Get a grip.I don't have any influence over where we go for Christmas. But I doubt we'll be going there again, and strongly advise that others don't (unless they want their staff/friends to remain stone cold sober)
Loved it! Excellent accommodation. Service amazing. Breakfast had a lovely range to choose from.
