Staying here for a few months .nice rooms very helpful food good quality.but one bad experience.ask for room service .got it eventually but got it an hour and a half later.by 930 was a bit late for eating food and drink if u have to be up early.as compensation I was not charged room service (lol) and two free drinks the following eve..well no charge for a service that was not forfilled .u would expect that but more effort could have been given to keep customer happy
Great venue. Attended a jobs fair there. Easy to find and within walking distance of the station.
Friendly & very helpful staff. The room had a comfortable double bed, TV, wardrobe & a tidy bathroom (no bath just a shower). Everything was nice & Clean. Good food served. For me, my only niggle is , I'm very sound sensitive & sadly you can hear a lot of various noises. The windows don't reduce the outside sounds very well, but once I put my earplugs in, it's no longer a problem ( it is more my issue than the hotel). My stay at the Douglas has always been a good stay & I will stay there again.
Delighted with my stay here, great central location. The room was very clean and cosy wee bit of noise from the street but that's to be expected with any city centre hotel. Overall great value for money, would recommend and I'll certainly be back on my next trip to Aberdeen!
