Was offered less than fair value for the car. On the basis of x3 small paint chips and the fact that the dealer I bought the car from had registered it (meaning 2 previous keeps instead of 1) I was initially offered 1500 less than the online offer, and ended up selling for 900 less than the online offer. Wouldnt use again as fears ended up founded that they subtract nonsense sums based on tiny things.
Complete joke offered way under value of car plus that stupid admin fee. Do yourself a favor sell your car privately or trade it in. You will still be better off than to use this lot.
Was quoted 3815 for our 5 year old Hyundi i10 in very good condition and very low mileage. After their minute inspection it was down to under 3000. Almost 100 per chip. No 5 year old car is going to be perfect their quote is just to get you there!! Never again.
We didnt get the best price... but we did get a fair price with no hassle. Andrew is lovely to deal with and he is definately worth the 6-10% you may lose over trying to sell privately.
