Normally find Audi good and staff helpful. Unfortunately in this occasion wasn't great. Got told my car was ready & made payment. Then I waited 50mins for it to appear with no explanation what th delay was. The initial time it was meant to be ready for also overran an hour r before the call which was a service oil, brake fluid change, mot.
