I just bought my third Seat from this location and I won't be buy my fourth. Bad salesmanship and poor communication
Run for your life.Great car but unfortunately terrible dealer. 1. Went in to book a service was asked to wait aside and 15 min later I reported to service person have forgotten about and the response was that was unnecessary. Lesson: old one actually as a customer am always right let alone to be abused. 2. Car went in to service and was mis sold wheel bolts plastic covers for 35 pounds for me to find out weeks later I had brand new ones sealed in my boot where spare wheel is supposed to be. 3. Salesman pushed me to buy extended warranty as I had a worry about potentially timing belt issue as the 1.2 tsi have a strange noise when cold in the morning. Later on to develop cracks on rear tail gate light which a technician admitted it as a manufacturer defect unfortunately the person who have the authority to push it as a warranty work was an excellent player in hide and seek.Conclusion: Buy the car of Arnold Clark and never go to Seat Aberdeen except for warranty work. Why did I kept on going them I thought during the warranty period I had to get my car serviced by the dealer but boy that was wrong and am happy to know that now.
Cash buyer, asked to see 2 cars, salesman hardly looked up and we gave up waiting on him to come back after 10 mins with the keys to let us see inside. If it's poor service when buying would hate to see the aftersales care.
Purchased a new Seat Arona here a couple of weeks ago, very happy with the deal I got, the service I got from the salesman and with the car itself.
Updated review after this year's Service/MOT. A lot better in regard to help, decent prices and a very good employee called Ang whom I dealt with. Big improvement
