I put the wife's mobility car in for its first service, where I also had a courtesy car to use without any carry on, (unlike Arnold Clark's), then picked it up later and it was also polished and valeted, no hassle at all, great service
Delighted with the service when purchasing my new car . The salesman Craig Paterson was extremely helpful when I was in the throes of the purchase. I had a problem with the reversing sensors which I had fitted resulting in me having to have the problem resolved. It turned out that the problem was caused by the active switch in the car boot being switched off in error. I was disappointed when I called at the garage to have the problem fixed that Craig failed toacknowled my presence in the garage whilst I Was waiting on my car. Otherwise Avery pleasant experience. Good sales and service department. Recent mistake with the invoice was quickly rectified. Slightly disappointed about being informed that there would be a reward for recommending a family member to buy a Renault but never received it despite chasing it up twice. A little bit of trust has been lost
