Purchased a car from Aura and Joe. I was a bit disappointed by the deal but I was very impressed with Aura's professionalism and friendly style. Nothing was exaggerated and she didn't try to push any options or finance that I didn't want. A massive contrast to a recent experience at another dealer. I would highly recommend going to Aura for your next car. My only sour note was that after spending such a significant amount of money floor mats were not included in the car, although they did explain afterwards that was just their policy.

After being ripped off quite badly by another Arnold Clark Car garage, I approached Toyota to see if they could complete my MOT. Cheryl was very helpful when I spoke to her and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the service I was receiving. The car came out with absolutely nothing wrong with it and I was over the moon with the service I received. I even called back with a question I had anout the MOT certificate and they were super friendly and nothing was a problem. Keep up the great work Toyota!
