Got served straight away. Polite and helpful staff. Had a timed slot and as it was my car's first service, had only 70 minutes to wait before I got my phone call to say my car was ready. Polite service again when I collected and was taken out to my car to make sure all was in order. First time at this particular Arnold Clark and they should give other branches some tips.
