Just had battery replaced under warranty....no problem. However was told i 'urgently' needed to replace the rear brake pads and discs at a cost of 435. Took the car out and went to the garage i bought it from....brakes are fine, was shown the car and asked to look myself to confirm. Shocking way to try and make money from people!
I am not a person good at writing reviews but this time I am forced to write one so that it will help other customers and the management team. To put down this in one word "Rude sales manager and this place is full of dishonesty". I just wanted to test drive a car but I was promised they will find a car for me. To be honest to some extent Corey the sales person was trying hard to find a car for me and I felt they were doing a great job but at the end they proved me wrong. I appreciated their effort all the way until this happened to me. I had a deal finalised on a car, my deposit, finance, paper works all done and I supposed to collect the car in a week time. I tried to contact them to get an update on the car but no one returned my call. So I had to go down to the store and ask for it. There, I was told the company they tried to source this car is not responding to their calls so they gonna find me another car. I believed them and agreed. After 2 weeks the same car was still for sale on autotrader so phoned that company myself and asked about it to know the story. Thats when I came to know aberdeen peugeot told them that customer cancelled the deal and they no longer wanted to buy the car.Thats a lie. I then phoned aberdeen peugeot and asked about it. I was strongly told thats not right. Alright, I believed them again and waited for them to find another car for me. Then this happened. Ross, the sales manager found another car and had a deal finalised on that. I supposed to collect the car on 29/11/2018 around 5pm. I had my insurance sorted and waited for them to call me until 3pm on the 29th but no call. So I had to phone and ask am i ok to come down in 2 hrs to collect the car. But I was told the car is damaged and they have to find another one for me. My question to them "Why didnt you inform me earlier about that so I dont have to take an insurance and wait to collect the car?" When I asked Corey he said he was out of town on 28th so didnt know about it. So I wanted to speak to the sales manager. But he never returned my call. I then went down to the store to see him. When I asked about why I wasn't informed, he asked Corey on 28th to inform me on 29th morning. I dont know who is being honest here. Also the manager told he is not apologetic to me and he is really frustrated of me and my car finding. One single call previous day and an apology should have sorted all this out and I should have been more than happy to wait but his rudeness and dishonesty put me off really. One of the worst experience I ever had. If anyone in the Specialist car management care about customers and the service then I am more than happy to explain what has happened and you can tell me if I am wrong? Gopinath K

Need an electrical fault fixed on your car in an emergency? You're absolutely buggered if you live in Aberdeen, the "specialists" don't have emergency appointments, waiting times range from 2-3 weeks, for an emergency! Can't lock your car because the mechanism has failed? Tough luck, you'll have to leave your car vunerable for 2-3 weeks before peugeot specialist can be bothered to even look at it, let alone fix it. Disgraceful attitude to have, telling customers who are clearly in a bind that they can't even take their car in to be looked at. Shameful!!!
