ABSOLUTELY SHAMBLES OF A DEALERSHIP. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. EVEN THE MANAGER SHE IS VERY RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE. NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED AT ALL THEY JUST WANT WHAT BENEFITS THEM. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Interesting reviews. Most 1 star ratings have reviews and 5 stars have just the rating. Tells you what you need to know. I have been to many garages in Aberdeen to buy my car. This is at the top of my list for the worst customer service. Sales rep was absolutely uninterested disengaging and didn't even ask what I wanted. I shamelessly I called them again and asked for a quotation for a different car and never got it. In the end I bought the car from Aberdeen Audi used car sales. The guy you need to see is Warren Mathers. He genuinely cares. In my experience this garage is the worst in Aberdeen.EDIT 18012019 4:23pm: response to Lynne's reply. I don't think you consider this feedback at all. If you did you'd have had better reviews here. Do you know how many times I called to get hold of someone in the first place? The phone just rings out. No answer at all. I had to call at least a dozen times over two days. Ridiculous! If you do take it seriously it's not hard to find me. Told me I wouldn't find a cheaper car 4 the money. Found one two year newer with less miles on it for only 300 pounds more all they would offer was a extra 100 off. So didn't waste anymore of my time with them. Got my new car elsewhere & I'm very happy about it
My service/MOT was due for my Mercedes and as I was going on holiday I decided to book my car in 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The day before the service was due I was called to say that the courtesy car would be required by the customer an extra day and that I would have to reschedule. It was rescheduled to the next day. On arrival, I waited in the waiting area to be seen. I was told I would have to reschedule as there was no courtesy car and they didn't have me booked in. Since I had a service plan with Mercedes and booked in 3 weeks previously to make sure I had a courtesy car to say the least I was annoyed. They said they would try and get me a car and fit me in. My details were checked and they added to the service sheet that it required washing and hoovering. I had no phone call to advise how the car was getting on. The courtesy car was only available to me that day til 5.30pm. I called at 5pm to see if there was any news as I would have to leave then to be there for 5.30pm. Twice I called and was cut off. Ten minutes later Mercedes called me to say the car was ready. I went into reception and the receptionist showed me the car about 15 feet ahead of us. When I got to the car it was not washed or hoovered. I drove the car round to the reception and asked for the details of the General Manager. She said that the Service Manager would still be around and I could talk to him. In my opinion this was no longer a Service Manager problem. I have since cancelled my service plan and my new car will no longer be bought at Mercedes.
