I have been very impressed this time round with these guys, especially Adam Demus salesman.Have bent over backwards been extremely helpful with my latest purchase, I would go as far as to say that probably the best experience buying a car to date. I have been round them all including Audi, BMW, Vardy. Would 100% recommend. Thanks to all the staff at Craigshaw. I can not fault them this time.
If I could give less than 1 star i would. Sold a faulty car, had to take it back to the garage about 5 times now, and still waiting to here back from them with regards to fixing the AC. Said they would fix it as it was sold to me faulty however, now they are avoiding my e-mails and not returning my calls. Every person I have ever spoken to about this garage has had nothing but horror stories to tell about it, I now see what they were talking about. Avoid this shambles of a business at all costs.
