Contacted the practice 23/01/2019 at 11:00am Receptionist, explained that the emergency line was for life threatening cases only, if i was suffering the following medical condition "Heart Attack" "stroke" etc surely, that would required paramedic assistance, I'm highly dissatisfied with the level care provided while registered at this practice, I've made appointments in the practice previously and received conformation slip verifying my appointment time/Date then later attending the practice to be told that my appointment wasn't for that day despite the slip printed from the receptionist verifying otherwise! This is very frustrating for any patient to encounter and experience distress due to parts of the practice team failing to acknowledge importance of conducting and logging all patient information and appointments onto the system properly allowing all patients to experience the high standard of care required for the health and well-being for all patients! this isn't practice policy
Very good experiences with this practice. I have always been given an appointment when I needed, whether asap or more routine appointment.
