Ghastly front desk service by a short. middle-aged woman at the reception. Went in to the practice for some inquiry and I was told off curtly at the front desk by her. When I asked for further clarification, she abruptly went into the office to get her supervisor and said 'This man will not accept any reasoning' in front of me.I am appalled by this experience. I have only asked for the possibility of amendment and printing of my health demographic details. To add on further to that, she told off a lady before me who came in for advice on gestational diabetes - she said, and I quote 'Your condition isn't serious enough for an urgent appointment'. This reception staff needs to re-evaluate her mannerism and be aware that she is not knowledgeable enough to give such advice.The practice might want to consider a review of this staff's attitude and behavior as she is detrimental to patient's overall experience.
I have a severe allergic reaction to a certain antibiotic which is well documented on my notes. I take an antibiotic every day as a profalactc. When referred to hospital for a investigation procedure it became a cause for concern when it was noted that a doctor from this practice informed the hospital that I take the antibiotic that I have the allergy too on a daily basis could have been a very serious outcome had this mistake not been noted. Also the same doctor stated that I had a certain operation two years before I actually had!!!! Had some tests done which at previous doctor usually took 3 days to get results. This practice phoned me on the Tuesday morning to tell me the results when they actually had the results on Friday afternoon. Could have saved so much pain and a very upsetting weekend. Have now changed doctor practice as I have no confidence in this one.

I have been in this practice for years. Every time I need a doctor help they fail. I have no idea why they are getting pay. Recently I ve been 5 times for a medical issue which caused me to stop worling... Every time I am getting paracytamol and advise to rest. Thank you doctors... Maybe I will become a doctor and help myself - i think it will be easier and quicker!
The practice was good years before but in the last week I phoned them twice and I had booked a telephone consultation. Twice no one called me back. Absolute ignorance of the patient. 10/09/17 After a few of days waiting for an appointment I had a chance to see my GP and a day after a nurse. In my opinion doctors always were good. Nothing to complain. The only receptionists should be improved. 10.11.2017 it seems to be improved. Phoned them twice no problems at all. Change my stars to 4.
