Doctors are good but absolutely horrible receptionist disrespectful and just bad attitude in general.
This practice is always busy they have clearly taken on too much patients the reception does not seem to talk to medical staff I have made several Drs appointments tuned out to be the nurse practitionerAppointments are always 20 late minsCertain Drs there don't seem to have knowledge on medicines and just guess what to do
2weeks to wait for an actual appointment... From the date of 23/4/2018. Perhaps they should stop with all the call at 8;30 to make an appointment. If I could I would....
Was a bit apprehensive on registering after reading reviews already left, but they were proven wrong. I love that I can book appointments online and choose a time that's good for me. If I leave it last minute, I can get an appointment within 2 days no bother.Doctors don't just prescribe meds but truly listen and try to suggest alternatives. The usual applies; if you have an appointment in the afternoon, prepare for a wait; 10 min appointments are generally not long enough for folk! But on the other hand, there's plenty of early morning appointments, which is great if you work; they're always on time and dealt with swiftly. They offer one of the most comprehensive birth control programmes, including implant & IUD insertions, as well as having an interest in mental health, which is often lacking with the NHS.Having a pharmacy right there is also handy!
