Have always found the staff professional and polite I also know that while it is flu jab season that it can take longer then normal to get an appointment for non priority treatments which understandable
Been registered at Carden for 8 plus years. Gone downhill recently. Last time I called was told it was 5 week wait to make doctor appointment.
I wouldn't recommend this medical centre. In recent years it's went downhill rapidly in my opinion. Today my 15 month old son was 'examined' over the phone was told it was viral rather than asking us to come in tomorrow or the next day...Oh and that's the receptionist passing it on from the doctor.
A few doctors there are all right but generally not the best experience with this practice. Staff members sometimes quite rude over the phone and don't seem to care much... Multiple calls needed to get simple things done. Some doctors are disinterested in listening to a patient, almost bored and you can feel them just rushing you out the door. They are good at printing prescriptions and getting rid of you ASAP, though. Plus a nurse drawing my blood on two occassions didn't even bother to wear gloves or disinfect the skin beforehand... I'll leave it at that.
I have moved out of the city but I was treated amazingly over my 3 years being registered there. Doctors always called back, the repeat prescription service was amazing as well as the staff including non medical.
