Have visited them recently and completely transformed! The staff are so helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I think it may be new people but so much better - would definitely recommend the Aberdeen branch!!I dealt with a cental office to get a long term hire arranged. After stating that it takes three to five working days to locate a vehicle they didn't meet that guarantee. I had to chase them for updates and information. As you have to organise your own insurance I couldn't give the insurer details of the car to obtain the certificate to send to Thrifty which doesn't help the process. The person dealing with me was a trainee, and I appreciate they have to learn with someone, but she failed to give information or gave me the wrong details. Even the insurance company were laughing at her and all the misinformation as they deal with Thrifty on a regular basis. After nine working days I finally got a car sorted out and available. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company for long term hire.
