Update: This company supports the US NRA. An organisation that is comfortable with mass shooting of school children.Beware of fake 5* reviews put on by Enterprise rating was v. low the suddenly lots of 5* reviews. Wouldn't recommend using Enterprise. If you make a reservation and pay in advance be aware that you are not guaranteed to get the vehicle. When this happens you receive no apology and there is no way to complain. They refuse to acknowledge as a company that they ever get things wrong. You even have to phone up their call centre and "apply" for a refund. No compensation is given if they fail to deliver.Utter waste of time and money!
I was sent to Aberdeen North by my insurance company for rental vehicle due to an accident. On arrival I was told that the car reserved for me could not be given due Enterprise policy for young drivers. My 18 year old son is also on the policy. I clarified this with direct line who stated as they were undertaking the insurance that was not the case. I was told an alternative car would be supplied within 20 minutes. 50 minutes later the car arrived and after a quick wash the paperwork was completed and I was on my way. During the wait I was completely ignored. US style customer service. I dont think so....
