The Patients Charter states that patients will be treated with respect. Consultant psychiatrist, Dr H, was hostile and dismissive and sneered all through the consultation, and made a ridiculous and unreasonable request for video evidence of verbal abuse that he said no longer occurs in the UK when it is frequently reported in the media. He physically intimidated me in the hospital and also made an abusive remark when he passed me in the street. The casually offensive, unprofessional, provocative and abusive behaviour of this NHS employee, who is paid by us, is unlikely to be isolated. He may well be abusing other patients. I hope others complain. This person should not be in that post.
Ended up here as homeless emergency risk assessed BT fairly reasonable Dr sent me bk to Dundee and liased with mental health team in Dundee was OK but scary place and assessment room was tiny worse than box room. But staff were kind

Its true about dr hay. He is rude and nasty and nobody likes him. He must be very unhappy in his job the way he behaves.
Cornil Staff specifically Dr. Alex Dalto, Dr. Alestair Forrest, Mr. Jeff Shaw and Dr. Singh are working as a group of gangsters harassing people to detain them and slipping things through the system.
