Let Down by poor administration, no cohesion between doctor's secretaries for appointment bookings etc. Customer service on this front is horrible, unprofessional would be the best description. However the medical staff were fantastic and very Professional.
Im a great believer in the nhs. But if i had cash i would go private and use this service.

NHS refused me treatment for a life threatening problem. i was forced to go private. I am very pleased with the process at Albyn, all staff were excellent and the outcome was better than expected.The room was a bit dated but i was only in for a couple of days. the follow up consultations every couple of months were part of the initial price. yes it was expensive but very much worth it. I now look forward to the future instead of dreading it.
