Excellent service, and very happy with the work I had done. Dentists are very helpful, would highly recommend.
Terrible experience.....followed by very poor customer service. Offered treatment that is unsuitable to someone who is pregnant and only discovered this once I had done some of my own research - thankful that I didn't go ahead with it. No apologies despite making a complaint.
As posted by others, almost the most expensive "treatment" recommended even as an NHS patient. Second opinion with a longstanding and recommended practice has proved the latest "necessary work" is non existent.
Disgusted with this dental practice. My dentist pitched for expensive private treatment that I doubted was necessary. I have since double checked with a new practice and the prescribed treatment was indeed very much unnecessary. More interested in my money than proper duty of care. Paul Cortese.
Not bad. The dentist is professional and knowledgable, but often spends too much time pitching for expensive and unnecessary treatments. The staff are generally very friendly.
