Very good professionals and friendly staff
Dentists practice located in Cove. They have recently became the BUPA practice, taking NHS patients. Small parking round the building, free of charge.
Having to pay money just to make an appointment is very frustrating. Especially after being a regular customer long before it became Bupa.
Horrible experience, very unproffessional, rude staff with inconsistent information difficult to piece together, traumatic experience... a big NO NO!! if you have an emergency situation.
Re Dentists.... I did have three different dentists in a row, however have had the same one (Gregor) last three times. He is great. Particularly with my little boy who can be less than co-operative. He explains things very well and is gentle.The one I had before Gregor was also good and so gentle I actually nearly nodded off during a filling removal and replacement!
