Great service every time, everyone lovely and friendly. I especially want to thank everyone for the good care they take of my two kids with special needs, who are not in the least afraid of their terrific dentist!
Nice staff, very good doctors. I felt comfortable and safe even though I am usually fearing going to dentist but the doctor made me feel calm and relaxed. Will only be going here in the future
I came in for an emergency (lost filling) and without being registered the doctor helped me right away on a Saturday! Very happy with the quick help. I will come again from now on
I had a wonderful experience at Old Town Dental Care. I am usually somewhat anxious about seeing the dentist but everyone there was just so polite and helpful throughout the whole visit. Dr Ahmed was realistic about my options and together we designed a great treatment plan. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to focus on my specific requests too, I will definitely be visiting again!
It's too early for me to say if the treatment I received solved my issue but I've been pretty disappointed by 2 points during my visit.The staff at the reception desk is not the most welcoming and will take a few seconds to stop what they were doing on their phones before answering a simple "Hi".The dentist did a pretty good job but you can feel that there's a need to do a lot in a short time when they don't wait for the anesthetic to take effect before they start drilling.Overall, the dentist was nice and helpful in his answers, but I'm not impressed...
