Just went in to ask for a pair of burgundy boots for my collection. Guy (seemed to be the owner but I can be wrong) couldn't have been less interested. Stepped into the shop and no recognition of my presence until I politely asked for what I was looking for. Then got the one pair of burgundy boots in the shop with desdain as if I could not afford them (I was there wasn't I?). Needless to say I didn't get them, not just because I wouldn't do business with unpleasant individuals who don't treat well shoppers, but they weren't my style either. Not going back, if you got a stick up yours then this is the shop for you.
