I received a birthday treat email giving me 15% off my next purchase. Tried to use it online but cant remember my password. Tried the 'forgot password?' link but never received an email to reset. Sent Fat Face an email and never got a reply. Also asked them if I don't have an account then why do you know my birth date. Not the shops fault but not good customer service and I'm disappointed in Fat Face :(

Only ever seem to visit while on holiday but have jeans that actually fit me and if they haven't got them in long they help by ordering and arranging for them to be delivered to local store.
