Fantastic service today when buying a Fenix watch. Clare and Ursula were brilliant, very friendly and immensely knowledgeable, and couldn't do enough to help. Price matched to a significantly lower price from a competitor. Highly recommended.
This store always stocks the goods that I like and the staff are very helpful & they are able to answer any questions youight have.
This shop does not cater for anyone over a certain size. That size being SMALL. Not all outdoor people thin and petite. I would go elsewhere if you are above size 14 or mens large. Even in these sizes the products are small made.
Great outdoor supplies love Cotswold shops! Got a few Christmas gifts. Nice big shop with plenty room to move around. Huge range of brands to suit different budgets. Only annoying thing was that I bought a new hat for my other halfs Christmas and the cashier left the security tag on . As we stay 50+ miles away it's not easy to pop back to remove it so a huge inconvenience.
Had a pair of boots that started to let water in so went in to get it sorted out. Member of staff was very helpful and knew a lot of detail about how to properly fit boots and how it all works. Got the faulty pair returned and got a new pair ordered to replace them and learned a few new things about boots too. Highly recommended!
