Was left a 45 mins in reception before being taken into the room was given an estimated price which you don't have an option to pay for your pets treatment as most vets deal with them after hours I just think there prices are highly inflated but the staff have a great attitude towards your pet
Staff were all lovely, vet explained everything well and was very good with Quentin.Only downside is the cost for out of hours consultation on top of vets consultation feeSaying that they did offer to deal with my Insurance Company direct if required x

Had a lovely vet called Mary who was very pleasant and made us feel welcome and reassured us when we arrived and picked up our pet (unlike a lot of vets receptionists I have met). She was very good with our dog and made him better. The confusion in the morning about where to go was a bit of a pest as I had to pick our dog up at 7.30am and go to out vet to be told there was no vet in and go to another vet. Maybe a system where the vets now can view the vets diary would be a better option?. Vet fees are expensive, thank goodness for pet insurance. Overall a good experience.
