Very high standard of vet. Although reception team could be a bit nicer (dog had an itch so let her down on floor to scratch before getting her second course of injections) was quite abruptly told to get the dog off the floor. She was just a puppy so it was a case of Jekyll & Hyde when they wanted to be your best friend to clap the pup. (Although I believe the receptionist in question no longer works here)When in with vets, they couldnt be nicer. Always reassuring and full of honest advice. If your dog (or pet) needs treatment, the medicines and other items are very expensive compared to other vets in Aberdeen... however I suppose you pay for what you get.
Booked our puppy (Akira) in for a health check and was able to get an appointment quickly that suited our schedule. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the vet was knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and was able to help with suggestions for feeding, insurance and general care. They also have a variety of pet products at better prices than pets at home. Will be using ashgrove for our puppies vaccinations and future care. Saturday opening hours are an added bonus
