Our river cruise was cancelled at the last minute due to low water levels. We went into Ramsays 1st thing the next day and 4 staff immediately started coming up with options to replace our holiday. We chose a 2 centre holiday (incorporating the main places we had been scheduled to visit on our river cruise). Within an hour, flights and hotels were booked and we had our boarding passes and hotel vouchers. Absolutely first class service !
