What a farce of a place ! Stood in a queue for ages, whilst another queue formed and they were getting served quicker, I left the queue I was in and joined the other queue, when I get to the counter they inform me that the item I have cannot be paid for at that till! For real?
What appalling rudeness. Just had one of the staff storm out from behind the counter, drag a barrier across on front of me and grumpily announce that "the reason that is there is because I told you we close at 12:30". I'm sorry? I only just joined the queue and it was at that stage 12:20. There are other competitors in the postal market. That sort of treatment is just unbelievable. Seriously unimpressed.
Great staff who know what they are doing
Really good post office to go to and the staff there are very helpful and also polite and they're also really friendly and they are brilliant with their customers.
Having to resend items due to staff incompetence. Train your staff before you send them out to work. The person who was supposed to be helping me was busy trying to correct her co-worker. So thanks to this my parcel was sent incorrectly so that's a tracked send and tracked return that will have to be paid twice so insted of 20 I'm now 40 out of pocket. Won't bother with this place again far better managed post offices else where.
