WORST POST OFFICE SERVICE EVER!!! they should have a drop and go service and when I go there's only one employee so they don't do drop and Go!! very negative attitude and i said i want 2nd class she just volunteered to make my parcels 1st class so just they want extra money!! even i clearly stated 2nd class!!if i can i would give them -10 stars!!

False opening hours given, 6.30 AM to 6 PM. In actual fact it only opens 9AM to 3PM. Wasted trip and lost 2.50 parking charged

Absolutely appalling behavior from staff this morning. I was in before 9am to post a letter and when it was my turn in the line for the improv post office, the woman said she had to serve the customers that had just walked in while I waited, first. So I waited while they payed for their crisps. Then a man walked in, garbed a newspaper and payed for that, and when the third customer walked in and was being served I inquired why I was not being attended as a customer, like the rest of people. Well, the response from the disgraceful woman was so rude, disrespectful and out of hand, I'm considering coming back to speak to her manager about it. Definitely wouldn't recommend you come even within 50 yards of this place.
