Wouldn't give even one star. My washing machine broke so my partner decided to take washing there and... 35 for two bags of laundry and it's ready to pick up not even in the same day. For that price it should be delivered to house. Unreal rip off. Just waiting to see quality tomorrow.
Overpriced and poor service. Damaged my wife's wedding dress and veil.
wouldn't give this any stars, its a complete rip off. they damage your clothes, don't wash them properly and then fob you off by saying that the damage was already there when you brought your clothes in!!! I had a dress and blouse damaged and then they blamed me for it. don't believe it was dry cleaned either, think they stuck it in a normal wash, high prices too, staff are miserable and don't know how to even use the till!! avoid.
Very very nice and understanding manager. She listens if you have problems in any way and tries to help. Def. recommended
