Too expensive. The dryers don't work all the time.
First time attempting to do laundry here- I load my clothes in the machine, only to realise that none of the machines are working, and my clothes are soaked. Lord knows when they'll be fixed. Furthermore, each wash is 2, and you have to provide your own detergent.
Expensive, sometimes the machines have an error and I had the problem with unite students, that I had to change my flat and after that my money from the app was away and noone replied to help.
Very complicated to get a laundry card, then to sign up and I needed to create a paypal account just to wash my stuff. Also, very overpriced, and on top of that, you have to buy your washing detergent. Also, one day electricity had disappeared 3 times while I was doing my laundry. The laundry room gets flooded by machines that are not working properly. Dryers are also very bad and if you pick the wrong one - after an hour long cycle your clothes are going to be as wet as you just put them to dry. We are already paying a lot of money to stay in this student village, so we definetly deserve that services that are provided in it would be worth the price.
