Well, what can I say about such a fine and established part of Aberdeens history. I am getting married in 2019. We were in Aberdeen and were looking at jeweller's for ring's. We tried a few and were beginning to lose hope in getting what we desired, and stumbled across Jamieson and Carry. We entered and were approached by a member of staff who asked if they could assist us, and we explained the situation. We were introduced to a gentleman, the only word to describe whom we discovered was called Charlie. We sat down with him and explained our, thus far, unfruitful task. Charlie indicated that he could probably meet our requirements. He let us see a variety of rings and sure enough there was a ring which was just everything I was looking for. I was totally blown away. Charlie had listened, unlike others, taken onboard what we were, or I was, looking for in particular. The decision was made there and then! All thanks to the professionalism of one true gentleman. Later in the week, I was looking for something else and given the level of service displayed by Charlie and his colleagues, there was, for me anyway, only one place to go to and Jamieson and Carry met my needs yet again, and since then I have made a further purchase from this fine, quality and professional establishment. One of my family attempted to sway us towards another seemingly old established Aberdeen jeweller's, but nothing would make me sway from Jamieson and Carry. The Company is one which I have no uncertainty about recommending to others. They are high end, but I am a firm believer in that you only get what you pay for. When it comes to something as special as an engagement ring or a wedding rings, these items are to last a lifetime. I would like to thank Jamieson and Carry for making our dreams of the rings I wanted come true, and also Charlie and not forgetting Mr Carry for his support. As I stated earlier, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jamieson and Carry to any couple like us and looking for that dream engagement ring(s) and wedding rings, not forgetting their other excellent selection of other jewellery, as well as gift department. Me and my fiance got our wedding rings from this place and could not praise it any higher. Every time we went in we were offered tea coffee or champagne. We were treated with respect unlike several other jewellers we visited where they kept taking the rings away even if they went to the desk next to us, just in case we stole them. Great service and we were served by quite a few people over the period of our order and each and everyone if them were absolutely excellent. And to top it off we walked away with a bottle of champagne. A class establishment who know exactly what customer service is all about. It's the little things and this place got everyone of them right. Superb place.
