Great Value For Money.
Funnily, as per the last review, I went in to get a watch battery replaced and they managed to scratch the back badly and, more annoyingly, bend the metal bracelet. I should have read the reviews but you expect better service from a high Street jeweller. Wish I'd gone elsewhere and I suggest you do as well unless you're OK with scratches and bending your watch back into shape with a pair of pliers They clearly need to train their staff better.
Went in to get the batteries of 2 fossil watches changes, as they sell the brand I was expecting excellent service. Unfortunately, it took ages and several employees before eventually giving up. They didn't managed to close or change the battery in one, fair enough it can be tricky. The other watch had a new battery, although the backplate was not replaced properly and was damaged as well. Really regret not going to fossil directly..
They were very helpful I needed to get my ring size which they did without trying to sell me anything
