Friendly staff and highly experienced accomplished coaches from all over the world. AFCC has an open mat area, a ring, a cage as well as strength & conditioning and physiotherapy facilities.Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to get into martial arts or looking for a new home to continue your training.
Very good gym for training/classes
ACC is the reason I am still training and fighting today, amazing coaches, pros and other training partners always made you feel welcome and part of the family. After moving away from Aberdeen I have struggled to find anywhere like ACC I wish them all the best!
I started my membership at the Combat Centre in January and since then I have been attending the BJJ and No-Gi classes very regularly as well as meeting up with some of the guys for the occasional open mat. I moved house last year and the gym is 5 minutes from my house and the class times are great as well as the gym being open through the day Monday to Friday offering lots of open mat time. I was a little hesitant admittedly coming from another local gym, but was made to feel very welcome, very quickly. A great bunch of folks to train with, with training partners and coaches that will make you feel comfortable but also push you to get better. Can't recommend enough!
