Really good gym but currently banned as accused of sniffing girls socks in female changing room and looking at feet but the ban was only for 1 year initially and after the year found it they made it lifetime ban but didnt notify me so waited a year without joining a different gym and might as well have just joined new gym at the time and cost me a bit of muscle. Good gym but could have been clearer re. The ban. / Melte
Amazing gym and plenty of equipment and free weights. Never have to queue up yet for weights/benches to become available. My local gym is kittybrewster and its the WORST place you can find to open a gym unless you want everyone coming to your gym to shop as well. Always stuck in a queue to go in/out of the retail park. If you are lucky to get out quick then you are stuck at the massive queue at powis place traffic lights. Either its rush hour or its school time. Just a nightmare everyday. 1 hour for training and half to get in/out of the area. Drive at midnight to the gym! Walk to gym during the day or get frustrated day in day out. Get penalised for having a car.
Nice clean environment well maintained equipment and knowledgeable staff. Great for all levels of fitness
Great gym with wide range of equipment. Loads of free classes to choose from and has parking
Now my regular gym. Staff are great and there is a friendly atmosphere. However, it doesn't have all the facilities you'd expect of a gym this size (Rope, Hammer and tyres to name a few) and I don't think some of the machines are checked as regularly as they could be
