AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I put my car here and all I received was one lie after the other and the time they charged was 4 times what the job should have taken. Not only that but my car recently developed a fuel leak from the fuel filter (which they replaced) and it turns out the main fuel line from the fuel tank was damaged and a botch job was made to repair it. The mechanic who repaired it had to take out the rear seats and fuel tank to attach a new pipe. He was appalled by how dangerous it was.
Provided a very misleading initial quotation, with the final bill coming to double what was advised. Disappointing as I hoped they would be a good option for reasonable local garage servicing.
Excellent response when I needed help
First time used there service to get my BMW serviced and MOT, didn't want to go to a proper dealer garage, my car failed the MOT with the a lower suspension arm, although I didn't noticed, the car was seem to be fine, anyway got it fixed and passed MOT, I guess the price is ok with discounts, the car so far ok, although I have weird smell ( like a spicy food shop smell) coming through the air vents. The staff was excellent friendly and helpful.
From the first contact till the end of my car being fixed everything went great.Professionals at their best. Plus understand the needs of the customer .Cheers
