Poor business practice and poorly trained staff. I had my Office manager call and ask about when a service was due for a Ford Ranger Wikdtrak and were advised it was required after 12 months by Arnold Clark staff, we then asked them to check again as we were told it was after 20,000 miles or 2 years. Long story short we were advised it was required and booked it in to ensure we met the service requirements. I paid the 451 plus VAT for a service and the invoice shows a 20,000 mile service or 2 years, this must have been on their system when it was booked, we even advised the mileage at 12000. They also failed to fix a recall that was advised and now it needs to go back again, first loan car available in March. The workshop staff might be ok with their video diagnosis but the admin team are woeful. I would not recommend Arnold Clark and will find another provider.

Amazingly poor service, incompetent and rude employees. Broken several promises over the phone calls and left my family in devastation while I was abroad. In one occasion, they forgotten to properly secure down the driver's seat which could put my wife and my children at risk. They did call my wife to return on the following day and waited at the front door. That was the only fastest response I had ever heard from my wife though, understandably it was meant to quickly rectify their own mistake. My car had broken down before the Christmas and called them if I can tow the car over to them. I was told over the phone that I can do that. However, when the car recovery company onsite called them, Arnold Clark Aberdeen Service Centre said no to the arrangement without informing me at all. When I called them asking why they broken the initial agreement over the phone, the lady said her manager does not allow such arrangement and hung up the phone call. One may ask, why I still send my car to them? and that was because I have no choice as they are the only 'official Citroen repairer' for hybrid car in Aberdeen. The reason why I have given 1 star to this company is because I was not able to post this review without doing so. Rest assured, I will not be going back to this service centre again. I hope everyone will learn from my experiences and best of luck to you all.

My Ford developed a fuel leak and went in to Arnold Clark Torry for repair under warranty. It was off the road for a few weeks waiting a new fuel pump and during that time also had to have a recall job done on the steering. I must say the after sales service received in particular from their Service Advisor Terry, was first class. They arranged a courtesy car and kept me regularly updated with progress of the repairs. Car was returned fully valeted with no issues. Excellent customer support.

Booked my service online and had a screenshot to confirm it. No booking existed in their system and if not for the screenshot I probably would have been turned away. When I went to pick up my car the receptionist directed me to the waiting area. Sat there for 30 mins and nobody came till I went and asked her about it. She claimed she hadn't even spoken to me and that if she did she would have given me directions to stand and wait, which she did not. Absolute calamity of a place, 2 stars because service staff were nice

At first it was a hassle trying to get in contact and when I was finally put through the lady wasn't very helpful (I cannot recall her name), personally a little rude as she cut me off a few times before passing me over to someone else. When I was finally able to book an appointment I was told I had to drive the hour journey just for the mechanics to inspect the car before booking another appointment to fix it. (Only I had a clear problem of condensation in the rear off-side light cluster). After contacting the manager, who was courteous enough to accept photographs as proof of the problem for the mechanics to look at, I was able to skip the booking that was purely an inspection and book a service to replace the light fixture.I received calls and text messages reminding me of my appointment and when I arrived I was greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk and when another male member of staff (I didn't catch either name) brought me over to help with my appointment, he was very helpful and explained everything straightforwardly. I wasn't given a specific time as to how long it would take, only that I would be informed when the service was completed. It roughly took an hour and a half. They fixed the problem I was concerned about, gave my vehicle a general health check and also washed my car and cleaned the foot-well. The latter service I found kind and a great example of good customer service.Overall the experience was good. When I finally got my appointment sorted the customer service was good and the problem I had was fixed. However, the initial communication was an issue and branch is too far for me so in that respect it is unlikely that I will use this service again. But I would recommend for those who live in the Aberdeen area.
