Bad experience and hostile female lady working on second floor Thursdsy 18th Aug 18, approx. 7.20pm. When I after some time observed person working in the department, I'm attempted to purchase Football shoes. The female lady at second floor in shop at Union street were rude from moment I asked for shoe size, she were hostile from start and I ended up not buy the shoes priced to 108 gbp. Will never go back in the store.

51-99 for trainers returned them & was offered a credit note won't be going back so I've lost my money,Staff made me feel like wrecking the place but with it already being a dump there was no point, then some guy who was right in my face saying I was acting threatening,Sorry I gave you a one star rating it should've been none..My advice never buy any thing from this shop/DUMPAny homeless person that sees this feel free to get a free pair of trainers on me
