Lovely masseuse but unfortunately the place was freeeeeezing cold and I mean literally freezing. Paid 42 for an hours massage and it was the only Massage Ive ever had where I couldnt wait for the hour to finish. The massage table was horrible head rest was extremely uncomfortable with a great big metal bar going through the middle of it. After the Massage finished the lady in reception acted as you would expect someone to, surprised it was cold in the room. I wasnt offered any reimbursement just a silly giggle and a sorry about that. I personally wont be going back cos theres plenty more in the area to try.
I was given a thai massage for 1 hour and was happy to feel less tense in my shoulders after the massage, however I had generally found it difficult to relax and feel at ease during the session and felt the masseur had gone about everything in a very hasty manner. For example, only one side of my neck and face were massaged with the other side just being ignored. During the session, the masseur suddenly had to leave the room for something and a while later a colleague walked in. She and the masseur started discussing something while the masseur continued massaging me. I have definitely had much better massages in the past and would not recommend Bangkok Palace for massages.
