My oven stopped working recently. Phoned CAS on the Wednesday and it was fixed by the Thursday afternoon. Great customer care from the beginning. The phone operator who made the appointment was very friendly and polite as was the repair man Sean, who answered all my questions and gave, great advice. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Ten outta ten.
I got CASDuncan to carry out gas and electrical safety tests plus install fire alarms which they did to a high standard. The workmen turned up when they said they would and got everything done in one day, including a couple of things that only became apparent once they started work.They also emailed .pdf copies of the certificates as well as posting out hard copies in a timely manner.Will definately be using these guys again in future, and would recommend them to anyone.Alan
