This is our dog's favourite shop! The service is always amazing - Elaine and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They stock a great range of products that are different to the usual brands available in major retailers! There's never any hard selling but they always help us to find exactly what we need.

Very friendly staff who were very welcoming of me and my little pup. This was his first outing and they made him feel very welcome and at ease. This shop has a fantastic stock of local products and it's lovely being able to shop in a local small business that really values your custom Pup and I will definitely be back for more sniffs around the shop!
Been hoping to go support this local business for a while. Went in looking for assistance and advice about buying a coat for my dachshund and unfortunately the staff could not have been less helpful or interested. Shops like this need to set themselves apart and offer something you can't get online, I hope my experience was a one off.
