Fine on the way out apart from having to swing in by the long stay car park, but on the way back had to wait over 35 minutes and the well spoken operator a spoke to was absolutely hopeless, Aberdeen Airpark buses came and went the time I was waiting so I know who I will be using next time.
Very poor. Waited over 20 minutes at airport for shuttle and their call service was hopeless: no idea where bus was and said coming soon. Once it came the shuttle was fine and there no evidence of traffic. They have 2 buses but only seem to use one.Cant be bothered to answer my complaint, some customer service!
This is the easiest secure parking at the airport, nobody else ever has your car keys.
Terrible service.Waited 20 minutes on shuttle from heliport. Called and was told it would be a couple of minutes. This was the first call at 10 minutes. Gave up after waiting the 20 minutes. Eventually walked it, so 35 minutes in total, no sign of shuttle bus. Wont park here again. Shocking service!!
As the name indicates it is a parking where you leave your car and then head to the airport for your flight. Parking is located very close to the the Aberdeen Airport, shuttle bus runs on demand. Each time I waited less than 5 minutes which is fantastic! Would definitely use it again.
