Aberdeen has some lovely gardens and parks to be proud of and Duthie Park is definitely one of them. The beautiful grounds are large and expansive enough for walks and runs, has loads of parking space and children play areas at all entrances, small ponds, a really good cafe inside and its greenhouse, the David Welch Winter Gardens is really worth a visit (also there's no entry fee). Its somewhat close to the city centre (maybe about 25 mins leisurely walk) and whenever I've come here it's always full of parents, kids, dog walkers so must be very popular.

A good park for taking out your pets. Full of kids, friendly faces and large spread ground. Family friendly and always kept clean by the groundsmen. Have a picnic here in summer with the family and you'll be sorted. Alcohol is allowed here as I havent been told otherwise but I would double check just in case. Play football or rounders if you like.

Duthies Park and the Winter Gardens are a place we visit almost anytime we are in the area. The Winter Gardens are amazing, you can spend a few hours just aimlessly wandering around and enjoying the beauty of this place. The park is one of the best I have ever seen, always interesting.

Really like this place, lovely open grass spaces, a traditional bandstand, good play areas for younger kids, a great place for playing with young children, let down a bit by dog owners who let their dogs run wild, the cafe has been updated outside and inside the winter gardens, there's two cafes now. the winter gardens are great, highly recommended.

What an amazing perfect park. Loved it here went for a walk with the missus, bloody big park we were walking for ages but the company was perfect and the park made the walk much more enjoyable :) lovely garden centre, which is free to enter, very clean and modern, loads of things for the kids to look at and play with, perfect for families and people wanting to go for jogs etc. Parking is a bonus 3 hour no return for an hour. Would recommend 100%
