Really disappointed to use them as they have not only mishandled my items resulting in several breakages but 2 of my new expensive shoe pairs are stolen. I am in a loss of 1000 atleast altogether.My garden swing is broken, my cutlery is broken, my makeup is all damaged, one in each 6 pair of shoes are missing and 2 are stolen! They did not even touch the bathroom during packaging. Never seen such a worse customer service ever!

We moved from Aberdeen to Wales and had to store our things with shore porters. We had used them based on recommendation and we were not dissapointed.From the booking to the removal up until final delivery we received excellent service. We had our things in storage for much longer than we anticipated but when we got them back, they were in excellent condition. Based on my experience, I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
Worst removal company Ive ever used. Zero respect given to my belongings when packing - even though I specifically pointed out items which needed careful handling, these were simply wrapped in paper and shoved in boxes. Stereo system very poorly looked after, records (vinyl) stacked horizontally with heavy books on top, damage to 3 pieces of furniture, damages to framed prints due to zero wrapping...and so far zero recognition/response to my complaints.

The whole process was just seamless, from my first contact with Doreen and yourself over the phone, right through to the lads closing the doors of the container on Friday afternoon. Nothing has been too much trouble and the confidence you conveyed on the phone was backed up with a first class service from your lads on the ground. Thank you!
