Good shop friendly people. Could by good whiskey for around 30-35 pounds
The place to go in Aberdeen if you like whisky (or gin). The staff is super helpful and friendly and even if you have no clue what to get, they'll find a bottle for you that you'll like, they also have some tasting bottles so you can try some of the whiskies before buying. The selection is also very good for such a small place they have lots of independent bottlings and whiskies from smaller distilleries. The prices are also very good and mostly the same or below the prices you find on-line.
Lovely little shop, with a wonderful selection of the more unusual whiskeys. Went in for a gift for a colleague who was leaving, stated my budget and the chap running the place was more than helpful, gave us options and advice. Whilst we were there some American tourists came in for some whiskey to take home and he also gave them excellent advice without any hint of patronising... Very nice to see. If I'm in the need for more whiskey I will certainly return. Oh, and they also have gin!
I bought my boyfriend's birthday present from here, he loved it. The whiskey I bought is amazing, good price and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely buy from here again.
Nice welcome and the man in charge is always giving you a good advise! He knows about whisky and gin! If you like to buy good stuff you will not easily find in other places, just push the door!
